Oribe Balmessence Lip Treatment Review

Oribe Balmessence Lip Treatment Review

Hey Beauties!

Today im going to talk about one of the most expensive lip balms i have ever bought and if im honest i dont regret it at all!
If you didnt know about Oribe before they are an extremely luxurious brand that focuses mainly on haircare from shampoos and conditioners to hair styling products but within the last year they launched their first beauty range which included the Balmessence Lip Treatment. I had read a lot about this lip balm and apparently its a favourite of celebrity makeup artists but isnt everything “a favourite of makeup artists” these days haha

Before talking about the product itself can be talk about how beautiful this packaging is?! i am massive sucker for good packaging this has just blown everything i have ever used out of the water – look at that craftsmanship!

Balmessence Lip Treatment is probably the most luxurious lip treatment that i have ever used it contains Natural Lemon Rose Flavor which energises and rejuvenates, Camelina Oil that rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, moisturises, replenishes and protects lips from dryness and damage, Vitamin E which instantly soothes and hydrates dry, dehydrated lips, Shea Butter which deeply moisturises leaving lips soft and supple, Blend of Jojoba & Orange Oil visibly plumps lips making them appear fuller.

I feel like this might be a bit too thick to use as a lip balm throughout the day so i use it at night as the last step of my skincare routine, this leaves my lips feeling so impossibly smooth and nourished something i find i need more and more as we come into the winter months as i get really badly chapped lips.

Of course the Balmessence Lip Treatment isnt cheap you can find it in Space NK for around £27 but it is worth it, if you can afford to splash out on something then i would suggest this awesome lip treatment.

  1. When you said that this was one of the most expensive lip balms I honestly expected it to cost like £100, it looks so luxurious! I think I would be tempted to buy this just for the packaging alone, it is absolutely stunning!! I usually stick to my EOS balms during the day but this looks like a fab one for the night, for sure. 🙂 Thanks for sharing this lovely review! xoxo

  2. I am mildly obsessed with lip balms as I get very dry lips a lot of the time. I swear by Anatomicals Stop Cracking Up to sort them out especially in winter, cold weather + central heating = dry lip nightmare.
