Electric Ink Tattoo Care Review

Electric Ink

Welcome Skintellectuals!

I got sent a range of products about a month or 2 ago and i felt that i couldn’t really review them because i didn’t have tattoos so i kindly asked @tdmcgurl_pt one of the coaches at Everyday Athlete Gym to try it out and report back to me
Electric Ink Tattoo Care is a brand all about prolonging and caring for the works of art on your body they say

“When your body is your canvas, and tattoos are your stories. When your sleeves are made of ink, and covering up means new art. Stand up and stand out, with Electric Ink. Specialist aftercare packed with active ingredients to keep your skin nourished, and tattoos looking fresh and defined.”

Electric Ink Tattoo Care

Its a common fact that when skin is dry and dehydrated tattoos look dull and lifeless this is why its so important to take proper care of them, you spend so much money on getting these works of art done you should want to make them look vibrant and clear for as long as possible.

Vibrancy Serum

Electric Ink sent along 2 products from the range:

Vibrancy Serum which maintains pigment and promotes vibrancy of tattoos whilst hydrating skin. This unique tattoo serum includes a blend of fantastic ingredients such as:

Vitamin C an antioxidant which helps to increase skin suppleness. It also helps to protect skin from sun damage, reducing skin roughness and signs of inflammation.

Inca Inchi Oil which is obtained from a Peruvian Amazonia plant. It helps to improve skin elasticity and maintains skin hydration.

Liftonin-Xpert an intelligent collagen booster obtained from the leaf sap of the South African medical plant Bulbine frutescens. This helps to reduce signs of skin redness, inflammation and supports the maintenance and intensity of tattoo ink.

Defining Body Oil

Defining Body Oil moisturises whilst delivering gloss and clarity for that fresh ink look without feeling sticky or tacky on the skin. Defining Body Oil is packed with essential ingredients that hydrate your skin. The unique tattoo aftercare oil includes a selected blend of skin nourishing actives such as:

Vitamin C  – Derives help to reduce the signs of UV induced pigmentation and the appearance of skin ageing. We all know that UV affects skin but it also affects tattoos as well UV light can dull and discolor tattoos without proper care

Vitamin E – Assists with increasing the moisturisation of the skin’s surface. Vitamin E is one of the most well-known and researched antioxidants for the body and for skin. Vitamin E occurs naturally in human skin, but can become depleted due to constant environmental exposure in the absence of sun protection.

White Lupin Seed Extract – Rich in Lupeol and helps to improve skin’s elasticity and firmness.

Defining Body Oil

Terance has been using this products daily now since the start of September and had fed back to me his thoughts that his tattoos look brighter and more vibrant as well as the areas has applied the products too dont feel dry or dehydrated so in turn the tattoos look better than they did before.

If you are interested in this range you can find it online at Electricskin.com or in boot stores. Defining Body Oil* is £10.95 for 110ml and Vibrancy Serum* is £12.95 for 60ml.
