La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra Nuit Review

Welcome Skintellectuals!

I often get asked about moisturisers for those of you out there that have a true sensitive skin that is irritated by the most innocent of ingredients. So instead of responding to all of you individually i thought i would do a blog post on this fantastic PM moisturiser.

Meet Toleriane Ultra Nuit, a fantastic moisturiser for truly sensitive and reactive skin. What i like about Toleriane Ultra Nuit the most is the fact isn’t not just a moisturiser it actually helps to reduce skin sensitivity day after day.

One of the main things i absolutely love about Toleriane Ultra Nuit is the packaging! Toleriane Ultra Nuit is contained in hermetic packaging which means its completely airtight so there is no chance of contamination and with the airless pump bag system there is no wastage you get every last drop of product from the bottle unlike most brands.

Toleriane Ultra Nuit contains a number of fantastic ingredients such as Neurosensine, a dipeptide which is naturally present in the skin and has been tested to reduce sensations of discomfort, skin reactivity and sensitivity, Thermal Spring Water, which contains a high concentration of selenium with powerful antioxidant properties to help protect, refresh and soothe sensitive skin and Glycerin a skin-replenishing and skin-restoring ingredient, meaning it is a substance found naturally in skin, helping to establish normal balance and hydration.

La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra Nuit Review

Toleriane Ultra Nuit is suitable for all skin types especially reactive skin that is susceptible to allergies and irritations.

I feel that the Toleriane range is fantastic for anyone who has sensitised their skin as well though over use of acids or retinoids since there is nothing it that will cause irritation its great to use after cosmetic procedures like peels etc. I have been using it a lot lately because i started prescription retinol and i feel this has gone a long way in keeping my skin hydrated and protected against irritation.

You can find Toleriane Ultra Nuit online at boots.com as well as in all boots stores for £17.50*

I have never heard of this particular brand before, but it sounds ideal for my sensitive skin and to help keep it hydrated. The price seems really reasonable too! Thanks for the recommendation. 🙂

I’ve never seen this product before but I’ve got sensitive and I feel like I might try this product one day 🙂

This is brilliant for me during warm Summer nights but it’s too light for my skin type during the colder months.

I’ve not tried this particular version, but I love the regular Toleriane moisturiser as well as the Toleriane cream cleanser, they’re both excellent, simple, no-fuss products that do the job and I know I can rely on them. I don’t have sensitive skin but if I feel like I’ve been going too hard on the actives I know this is a line I would be able to use just to keep things calm, and my partner loves the Toleriane cleanser too.
