Welcome, Skintellectuals!
Anyone who has been reading my blog for a while will know how much I love a good hydrating serum. I feel like hydration is something that is overlooked a lot but a hydrated skin can make the biggest difference in terms of plump, hydrated, glowy skin.
I can tell you how excited I was when I heard that Jordan Samuel Skin was coming to the UK. LizAlaska on Instagram always talks about how good this brand is so when it came to the UK it’s safe to say I was a little excited.
What is it?
As you can tell from the name this is a hydrating serum with many other ingredients that will help your skin over time. This serum is for everyone no matter your skin type as everyone can benefit from hydration. This serum will be of particular use to those of you who are dehydrated and dry.

How do you use it?
Hydrate Facial Serum can be used in the AM and PM and can be used after cleansing as the first step in your skincare routine unless specified otherwise. I take a few drops whilst my face is still wet from cleansing and apply everywhere. When applying to a wet face you take advantage of the humectant properties of both hyaluronic acid and glycerin.
What’s in it?

I was actually really impressed with the formulation of this because at first, you think yet another hydrating serum but when you look at the INCI list you’re happily met with ingredients like; Gluconolactone, Acetyl Hexapeptide-51 Amide and Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate

Results?
Plump, Hydrated, Glowy skin. Dehydration lines are diminished and skin doesn’t feel as dry and flaky.
Final Thoughts
I’m usually a massive fan of the MMHC from Deciem which is 15 different types of hyaluronic acid in one serum but it ranges from £25 for 15 to £38 for 30ml. While MMHC might be a good hydrating serum, Jordan Samuel Skin Hydrate Facial Serum does the same job with some really awesome additional ingredients for only £26 so not only do you get more for your money it’s also cheaper.

Where to buy?
You can find the Jordan Samuel Skin Hydrate Facial Serum on CultBeauty.co.uk (£26) in the UK and on JordanSamuelSkin.com ($29) in the US.
